Company vehicles, business trips and fuel calculations in one place. Fleet & fuel helps you keep a record of trips and stay in control of their approval and calculated costs. Register vehicles with their plate, model, responsible employee, branch and fuel consumption norm. For each trip enter the purpose, the vehicle, the odometer readings at the start and the end, and the calculated price per litre. If needed, attach a photo of the receipt or the odometer and link the trip to an order. The system calculates the distance, the fuel planned by the norm and its cost automatically. The employee submits the trip for approval, and the approver approves it or sends it back for correction. Once approved, an expense draft is created in finance for further processing. Reports sum up kilometres, calculated fuel and amounts by vehicle and by employee.
