The new TM Hub: Studio, calendar, Module marketplace and safer work

TM Hub has received a major update. Your team can now build its own work modules without programming, connect them to orders and the calendar, add ready-made apps from the Module marketplace — and every session is better protected. Here is everything that is new.

1. TM Hub Studio — your own modules, no code

Studio is a builder in which a director creates the sections the business needs, right inside the CRM.

  • Fields: text, numbers, money, date and time, choices, files and images, links to orders, employees, branches or other records.
  • Calculated fields with formulas (for example, the fuel cost by the norm).
  • Workflow: states (Draft → Planned → Approved…), who may take which step, locking after approval.
  • Access by position, branch and "own records only".
  • Automations: notifications and expense drafts in finance.
  • Reports and ready templates: "Fleet & fuel", "Shoot management".

Any module can now be pinned to the left menu to open it in one click. It shows only for employees who may use it.

2. Calendar, orders and teams in one place

Records of Studio modules (shoots, visits, deliveries…) now appear in the CRM calendar next to orders and calls.

  • Month, week, day and list views, with a convenient list on phones.
  • Filters by source, employee, branch and "My events".
  • One order, several jobs, each with its own time, place and team. The order card has a new "Planned work" section.
  • Teams with roles: camera operators, lighting, photographers and more. A role is not an access right.
  • Double-booking warnings: if an employee is already busy at that time, the system warns you. Only a director or an approver can knowingly save an overlap.
  • Notifications about assignment, removal, time or place changes and cancellation, without duplicates.
  • Times are always in the company's time zone; overnight and multi-day jobs are handled correctly.

3. Module marketplace

Ready-made apps that a director connects in a few steps: Studio → Module marketplace.

  • Apps, modules and automations, with search and categories.
  • Each app page shows the included modules, who can do what, the data it needs and the price.
  • Many apps are free with a subscription; others are a one-time or time-limited purchase.
  • The status and history of purchase requests are under "My installed".
  • Texts in Armenian, English and Russian, in each user's language.

The marketplace is also on our website: tmhub.am/marketplace.

4. Security and comfort

  • Safer sign-in: sign-in tokens are no longer kept in the browser's storage, and the session renews silently.
  • Sign out everywhere: changing a password or deactivating an employee ends all their sessions at once, live connections included.
  • Clear sign-in error messages in your language.
  • Accessibility improvements for forms and dialogs (keyboard, screen readers).
  • Extra layers of protection on the server and in the browser.

After the update you may be asked to sign in once more.
