A client calls about an apartment listing. That one is already sold, but you have three more that could fit. The details of one are on an agent’s phone, the photos of another are buried in messages, and the price of the third changed today.
While you gather the information, the client keeps searching.
In a real estate agency, what matters is finding the right offer quickly, organising the viewing and remembering what was agreed. When that information lives in different places, even an experienced team loses time.
At TM Hub we are building the “Real estate agency” app, designed to bring that whole process into a single workspace.

The property database in the app: price, location, responsible agent and status
A property database the whole team can work with
The app provides a single database of properties for sale and for rent — with price, location, area, photos, the responsible agent and the status.
An agent will see which option is available, which is reserved and which is already sold or rented. Information about a property stays in the company’s work system, available according to the defined access rights.
From a client’s requirement to a matching offer

“Two rooms, on Komitas, within this budget” — requests like this are easy to lose among calls and messages.
We plan to keep the client’s search criteria on a separate card — with the budget, preferred locations, area and other wishes. From those requirements you will be able to find matching properties and move on to the next step: organising a viewing.

When working with the same client, the agent will also see the earlier feedback: what they liked, why they declined and what to offer next.
Viewings with a clear time and a responsible person

Who will show the apartment to the client? Where will they meet? Does the agent already have another viewing at that time?
The viewing calendar is designed to answer these questions in one place. Each meeting will be linked to the property, the client and the agent. After a viewing you will be able to record the outcome and the next step — offer a new option, schedule a second viewing or start negotiating.

From negotiation to a closed deal
A deal involves many important details — the agreed price, the reservation, documents, the expected closing date and the commission.
The app provides a separate deal card where the team can follow the progress and calculate the commission as a set percentage or a fixed amount.

A deal card with the agreed amount and the calculated commission
For a manager, this is a way to see which deal is at which stage and where their involvement is needed.
One client’s story, from start to finish
Imagine an ordinary working day:
- You record the client’s requirement.
- You pick the matching options from the property database.
- You schedule the viewings.
- You save the client’s feedback.
- You start the deal for the chosen property.
These steps are connected. A team member can pick up the work and see the earlier arrangements, and a manager can follow the whole process.
Who is the app for?
The “Real estate agency” app is intended both for small agency teams and for companies with several branches that want to manage properties, clients and deals in a consistent way.
The app is currently in development. If these challenges sound familiar to your team, get in touch to show us how you work and to discuss a pilot rollout.
